Meet Your Coach

Dwaynya Goodson, better known as Coach D is a Certified Personal Trainer, Glute Specialist, and Nutrition Coach. By taking a holistic approach to nutrition and fitness, she has helped women develop healthy relationships with food, incorporate fitness into their busy schedules, and establish healthy habits that fit their unique needs. Coach D has helped numerous women to lose up to 30 pounds in just 16 weeks, while retaining their curves and sustaining their results. She has helped women leave their medication at the doctor's office, improve their energy levels, boost their confidence, and reclaim their authority over their health!
